Under the new ownership, the response time to questions and requests for website improvements have been nothing short of fantastic! Explanations are clear website changes have been easy to follow. (I do not have a technical computer background). Just a pleasure to deal wiwth!
Pros:
For our association which has about 300 members. Zavasites works beautifully. Announcements to the community are easy to prepare and send, whether general pieces or invitations to social events. Being able to include links to other websites or uploaded pdf's is a big help. The general listserve and specialized forums allow for communication among members. Very importantly, sending out invoices and integration with PayPal for collecting dues and payments for events is flawiess. Obtaining lists of members who have, or have not, paid, is simple and intuitive.

Ease of use, the updates with the layouts of the webpages and especially the addition of the Draft folder. The programmers have done a great job with enhacing the options for us to use

Overall:
Overall experience has been excellent. The software is easy to use and fulfills our needs, as well as offering features we have not yet deployed. Because of the administrative features and, more recently, the archiving features, we are using it as our main means of communication with the HOA members. The current [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have, and continue to makge significant improvements (over the original program). They are very responsive as well as receptive to input, comments, etc. They also have expanded the Help section.
Pros:
This program is easy to use and offers many features at a very reasonable price. The one feature that has made a significant difference (for us) is to be able to submit and manage Architectural Requests completely online. Our most-used features are: Announcements, Newsletters and Architectural Requests. Outside inquiries are automatically routed to board members
Cons:
I have not encountered as cons regarding this software.

Questions
Can I use my own Domain Name?
Yes, your website can be hosted under a custom domain name. You can either you bring an existing domain name that you already own or you can request us to purchase a custom domain name for your website.
Custom Domain Name costs $15.00 annually.
Is my website secure?
We are now starting to offer a free SSL certificate with our PRO package. No need to pay additional SSL fee and everything is included in the base price of $300 per year (for 100 residents).
How do I customize my website?
You have multiple ways to customize your HOA website to your liking. Here are some of the possibilities: -
- a) Use Site Configurator to customize your website’s header, footer, font style and color theme.
- b) Use Page Designer to customize your website’s Landing Page. Drag and drop images, text and choose hundreds of pre-designed page blocks from our design library.
- c) Customize your Nav Menu by rearranging it the way you want.
- d) Create new Web pages using our Page Designer and hook them up to your website’s navigation menu.
How do you provide technical support?
Technical Support is provided via email between 7 AM and 5 PM pacific time. Urgent support requests are handled 24 hours a day. Send us an email at support@zavasites.com.
How does the Trial work?
You can sign up for a free 30 day trial of our platform. No credit card is needed to start your trial. You can use all the features that come with the trial. Once you decide to continue past your free trial, you can choose your Pricing Plan and pay for your yearly license fee to continue using Zavasites.
What Payment Options are available?
Credit Card is the preferred payment method. But if you are a Property Management Company and would like to send payments using Check in Mail, send us a note and we will make a note on your account to process mail-in payments.
